Overview

Applied Enterprise Architecture is a hands-on course designed to enhance your knowledge and understanding of how to apply TOGAF® in small, medium and large businesses.

This two-day course teaches participants how to apply The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) to quickly and continuously deliver real, measurable business value.

It provides a hands-on interactive learning experience in which participants apply elements of TOGAF to a realistic digital workplace transformation challenge. Participants explore how they can best leverage TOGAF in today’s fast-moving complex business environments that demand agility and quick results.

Delivery Method

  • A realistic case-study is used to demonstrate and explore key concepts
  • Key concepts in each Phase of TOGAF are summarised
  • Practical workshops in collaborative groups apply these concepts to the case study using provided templates
  • The trainer as coach reviews workshop outcomes

Please note: This course is currently available only as a virtual class. You will need a laptop/tablet with internet connectivity to join the virtual classroom and view the electronic course materials. Course materials will be provided to you in a digital format on day one.
