Why study this course

This course shows all relevant customising settings (IMG) for maintenance processing with a special focus on defining new notification types and new order types. A separate unit shows the process and parameters for order costing and order settlement.

Customising settings for technical objects are dealt with in the course PLM305 – Managing Technical Objects, customising settings for task lists and maintenance plans are covered in the course PLM310 – Preventive Maintenance and Service.
