Why study this course

This half-day course aims to give users a basic understanding of the new and improved features in Microsoft OneNote.

The skills acquired will enable you to effectively use OneNote to research, capture, organise, and share information.

The topics covered on the day can be chosen to suit the particular class and students attending. The full course manual is provided but not all topics will be covered comprehensively by the instructor.

Note: OneNote 2016, OneNote 2019, OneNote 2021, and OneNote 365 are all desktop application versions of Microsoft OneNote. OneNote 2016, OneNote 2019, and OneNote 2021 are the perpetual, bought-outright, stand-alone versions of the software; OneNote 365 is the subscription-based version. Anyone working with any of these versions will be able to successfully complete this course. Throughout this course you will be using the desktop app; the course does not cover use of the web/online app.
