This course focuses on continuous improvement from an organisational and personal empowerment perspective. Participants will explore where continuous improvement is being supported in their work or home environment and where it is not.
Participants have an opportunity to look introspectively at what is important to them in the different aspects of their lives and if they are in or out of balance, e.g. work, family, spirituality, interests and home life to name a few. After gaining greater insight, participants will action plan surrounding the areas they wish to bring back into alignment and create an improved sense of balance and performance in all areas.
We then unpack the concept of Growth and Fixed Mindset and explore the behaviours we have cultivated over time that may have made us predisposed to adopting a Fixed Mindset. We will investigate where we have inadvertently reinforced an unhelpful mindset and how we can change that.
Participants will learn about the attributes of a Growth Mindset and how these encourage us to continue to learn, take risks and fail safely. This session explores the benefits of adopting a Growth Mindset. It gives new insight into how leaders can make it safe for their employees to take risks and learn from failure. Taking risks is a big part of being innovative and with innovative thinking comes new ideas and business growth.
This course is appealing to aspiring, emerging and current leaders, business owners, salespeople, volunteers and teammates who want to shift their mindset to achieve greater success. There is an optional qualification upgrade available.
