In this session, we explore the concept of Tribal Leadership and the different stages tribes go through to become collaborative and excel. Participants will understand the different stages and reflect on how, as leaders, we can move the team through the stages to be high performing and successful.
Once we know where we want to go, we look at how we’re going to get there and what tools are available to assist us in going on that journey. Transactional Analysis is a concept which gives participants tools to have effective interactions with the people in their lives.
In Transactional Analysis, we explore how human interactions are subconsciously running on autopilot and are not always helpful. We discuss ways to interrupt the stimulus-response and choose a different way to interact in the moment each time. We will explore activities that cement this learning, and participants will return from the session with new ways to foster teamwork.
This course is appealing to aspiring, emerging and current leaders, business owners, salespeople, volunteers and teammates who want to improve their team culture. There is an optional qualification upgrade available.
