ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

DDLS offers a large range of ITIL® training courses and certification exams, from foundation to expert level.

ITIL® 4 Foundation is the entry-level certification in the new ITIL 4 certification scheme.

Overview

ITIL 4 Foundation is the entry-level certification, offering candidates a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in ITIL 4 for modern IT-enabled service management.

The three-day ITIL 4 Foundation course is also for those who need a basic understanding of ITIL, or would like to progress to higher levels within the ITIL 4 certification scheme.

Prerequisite: None

DDLS also offers a two-day Upgrade to ITIL 4 Foundation course for students with an existing ITIL v3 Foundation certification. The exam and resulting certification is the same as for the three-day course.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring.

Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer. Live proctors will guide and invigilate the exam process.
